Legislation helping Nevadans: Sponsored legislation strengthening protections for Nevada Seniors by reforming our guardianship laws. Supported legislation to create the new medical school at the UNLV. Sponsored legislation requiring banks, HOAs, and regulators to fix problems related to foreclosures on HOA liens. Sponsored legislation protecting Nevada homeowners, by creating a foreclosure mediation trigger for homeowners facing a financial hardship. Worked to ensure that all new state spending had accountability or reform measures to ensure that the money was spent as intended.
